Natalie is an instructional designer driven by a deep curiosity for the world. She comes from a background in writing and earned her M.S. in Technical Communication from Northeastern University in 2021. She has extensive experience in the building automation sector, including: access control and security, hvac, fire, and air quality.

She is passionate about delving deep into complex topics, and synthesizing information into beautiful, direct, and genuine human language. She believes that learning occurs only when curiosity meets empathy.​

In June 2026, she completed a certificate in Documentary Filmmaking at Olympic College in Bremerton, WA, where she premiered her first short documentary, "Barner," a film about the intersection of historical infrastructure, nature, and stewardship, which received the 2026 Borderlands Project award.

She is currently based in Seattle.
