Natalie is an instructional designer driven by a deep curiosity for the world. She comes from a background in writing and earned her M.S. in Technical Communication from Northeastern University in 2021. She has extensive experience in the building automation sector, including: access control and security, hvac, fire, and air quality.

She is passionate about delving deep into complex topics, and synthesizing information into beautiful, direct, and genuine human language. She believes that learning occurs only when curiosity meets empathy.​​
